HOW IT WORKS

Open Bays and VIP Rooms can be booked up to 7 days ahead. Each booking is at least 45 minutes, in 15-minute steps.

To book online, choose one: verify both your email and your phone (no deposit), or leave a $25 refundable deposit — a pre-authorization on your card that is released once your session starts and captured only on a no-show. Accounts with repeated late arrivals, early leaves or no-shows must use the deposit option.

More than 12 hours before your start time: cancel or reschedule yourself in your member account, and any deposit paid is fully refunded.

You can cancel for free within 5 minutes of placing your booking.

Less than 12 hours before your start time: please call the store.

Coaching lessons are arranged directly with your coach. To reschedule or cancel a lesson, please contact your coach.

If you have not arrived 30 minutes after your start time, the booking is cancelled and recorded as a no-show.

After 2 late arrivals or no-shows, future bookings require a $25 credit card pre-authorization (a hold, not a charge). It is released once you arrive and start playing, and charged if you do not show up.

Please keep noise to a respectful level and always swing safely. Outside food, drinks, and liquor are strictly prohibited.

Bay time is priced by time slot according to the store's rate card, before tax, and is charged from your booked start time — arriving late does not shorten the billed time. Billing is in 15-minute blocks: more than 8 minutes into a block counts as a full block, 8 minutes or less is free, and the minimum charge is 15 minutes.

Your price is locked in when you book: later price increases don't apply to you, and if the price drops you pay the lower rate. Extra time added on the spot is charged at the current rate.

Promo codes, bonus credit and points are all applied before tax, and tax is calculated on the discounted amount.

Credit card, WeChat Pay and Alipay payments carry a 2% surcharge on the amount including tax, plus 5% GST on the surcharge. Cash, debit and store credit have no surcharge.

A 12% gratuity (paid in full to our staff) is added for 5 or more players in one bay.

Your membership tier moves up or down automatically based on your actual spend at all Birdie locations over the past 12 months (see the tier table).

Base earning rate: 1 per $1 you pay, multiplied by your tier multiplier. Tax, tips, surcharges and anything paid with points or bonus credit do not earn points.

Each point is worth $0.01 and can be applied to your whole bill at checkout. Points reset every year on October 1. Points cannot be cashed out or transferred.

Store credit, bonus credit and hour passes can only be used at the location where they were purchased or issued. Store credit you load yourself never expires, but unused amounts are non-refundable and cannot be cashed out.

Bonus credit is a discount, not cash: it is applied before tax and cannot be cashed out or refunded. Bonus credit is valid for 365 days and renews for another 365 days every time you make a purchase at that location.

Hour passes are valid for 365 days and are deducted in whole hours. You choose how many hours to use at checkout; any unused part of a deducted hour is not refunded.

Monthly passes are valid for 30 days and are for the named holder only. An ID photo is registered at purchase, and the front desk verifies the holder at every visit.
