Who can enter
Registered members with verified phone and email can enter. Staff and restricted accounts are excluded. No purchase necessary.
How to enter and when we draw
Sign in and select “Enter this week’s draw” on the store page to get a ticket number. Entries run Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pacific time. Random selection takes place the following Monday at 10:00. One prize per person per week, and you can enter one store's draw per week. Ticket numbers are random 6-digit numbers; they don't show entry order or how many people entered. Winners are automatically entered in the next week's draw at the same store.
Claiming and using your prize
Winners and non-winners receive an English result email. Winners must claim through their email link within 7 days, sign in to the winning account and correctly answer a skill-testing question. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. Coupons are valid for 14 days after claiming, for the winning account only at the awarding store. Not transferable; no cash value. Once claimed, the coupon goes straight into your account (My Account → Profile → My Coupons). When you visit, just ask the front desk to apply it at checkout.
Off-peak prizes
Off-peak means weekdays before 6 pm, excluding weekends and holidays. Off-peak prizes only cover off-peak bay time.
